Effective 21 October 2026 · Version 1

Just Enough Solutions ApS · CVR 45958388 · Fæsted Engvej 4, 6630 Rødding, Denmark · support@justenoughsolutions.com

These terms are the agreement between you and Just Enough Solutions ApS (CVR 45958388), Fæsted Engvej 4, 6630 Rødding, Denmark, for using My Cali at https://mycali.justenoughsolutions.com. You accept them when you start using My Cali. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your data.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 to use My Cali. An account is personal: keep your sign-in secure, and don't share it. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use My Cali to break the law or anyone's rights, to send spam or malware, to access accounts or systems you're not allowed to, to overload or disrupt the service, or to copy or resell it. Don't use automated tools to access it, other than as we allow.

3. Your content

What you create in My Cali stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you. The service itself, including its software and design, belongs to us.

4. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep My Cali available and secure, but it can be unavailable during maintenance or because of problems outside our control. We may improve or change features. If we close My Cali, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, so you have time to download your data.

5. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time on the Account page; you have 7 days to undo it. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Unless the breach is urgent, we warn you first. If we close your account for any other reason, we give you 30 days' notice.

6. Liability

We're liable under Danish law for loss we cause through negligence. We're not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost business. These limits don't apply to loss caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where the law doesn't allow them, and they don't reduce your mandatory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we publish a new version and tell you about it by email or in My Cali before it applies. If you don't want to continue under the new terms, you can delete your account. Smaller changes, such as corrections, only update the effective date.

8. Law and disputes

Danish law applies, and the courts of Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. If you're a consumer, you keep the mandatory protection of the law of the country you live in. If you're a consumer living in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, you can also take a case to the courts where you live, and we can only take a case against you there.

If you have a complaint, contact us first. If we can't agree, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus (Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, Forbrugereuropa, the European Consumer Centre Denmark, can help: forbrugereuropa.dk.
